1. Who we are

These terms govern use of the Bidhigh.me website (the “Platform”), operated by Bidhigh (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@bidhigh.me or through our Contact page.

2. The service

The Platform publishes leaderboards of businesses. Positions are determined by amounts paid to us under the published rules described on the Rules page. A position is a paid placement and does not represent quality, revenue, endorsement or any guarantee of results, traffic or sales.

3. Claiming a listing

• No account is required. You must provide accurate details and a valid email address, and you must be entitled to list the website you submit.
• A listing is identified by its website. Anyone may add to a listing's total; only we can change its details.

4. Listings and moderation

Listings are published once payment is verified. We review listings after publication and may suspend or remove listings that breach our policies or the law. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the listing content you submit.

5. Bids and payments

• The amount payable is calculated by our server and shown before payment. You pay the difference between your current standing bid and your chosen target, plus any displayed platform fee.
• A payment counts only after it is verified with our payment provider and all rules are met at that time.
• Payments verified after a campaign has closed, or for a listing that is no longer approved, are not credited and are handled under the Refund Policy.
• There is no automatic bidding, renewal or charge. Being outbid does not entitle you to a refund.
• The total shown before payment is the amount charged; no further charges are added at checkout.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. Rankings reflect payments only and are not advice or an endorsement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with that claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Platform. You may ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing contact@bidhigh.me or using the contact form.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
