Acceptable Use Policy

Listings must

• Represent a real, lawful business that you are authorised to represent.
• Use accurate names, descriptions and website links, without misleading claims (for example invented awards, rankings or certifications).
• Use logos you have the right to use.

Not allowed

• Illegal products or services, or businesses requiring a licence you do not hold. This includes businesses our payment provider does not allow.
• Impersonating another business or person.
• Hateful, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory or deceptive content.
• Links to malware, phishing or deceptive redirects.
• Spam, automated submissions, or attempts to manipulate rankings other than through the published bidding rules.
• Attempts to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with the service.

Enforcement

We may reject, request changes to, or suspend listings, and suspend accounts. Suspended listings are removed from all public rankings. Refund treatment follows the Refund Policy.

Reporting

Report a listing by emailing contact@bidhigh.me or through the contact form (topic: Complaint) with the listing URL and the reason.
